the J&K constituent assembly dissolved itself on 25 January 1957 without recommending either abrogation or amendment of the Article 370. Thus the Article has become a permanent feature of the Indian constitution, as confirmed by various rulings of the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, the latest of which was in April 2018.

PM spoke only because of the tremendous outrage and pressure exerted by the whole country, when PM was tight-lipped, because of involvement of his party. "Our daughters will get justice" still does not say that the criminals, antinationals will be haned. He must know that the daughters have done and are beyond enjoying any "justice" now. What he must do is to "PUNISH" the hypocrites and liars in BJP involved in these crimes. Strangely, he runs short of proper, adequate words to say this.
