One can find you always crying for Pappu. We are still following old laws which have many loop holes allows culprit to go free. congress ruling the country for most never shown intent to change.not allowing parliament to function and triple talaq bill to pass. if some one says change in constitution immediately congress says insult to Ambedkar and mobilize Dalits. resulting in law and order problem. no one is defending rapes and deserve severe punishment for those who ever done these crimes.

Nirbhaya rape & murder case was in 2012 and your own party CONGRESS was in power in Delhi as well as Centre(Manmohan singh Ji and Sonia Ji as UPA chairperson----where were your candles during that time.Please do not play dirty politics like a child .Seems you simply wait for such incidents to happen as corruption can not be a issue against Mr Modi Ji.
