who is doing rape ? a citizen of us is it correct or not ? if you showing poster and candle march it can not give result . result only can we get when all citizen will be a true honest character holder. question how it will be possible to build up a character ? strong law can one of them but then manabadhikar person will come for human right but then not think about the human right of rape effected person. actual in my view all political party only think about their part and how to get rule and use every event as a political issue but rape, medical system , education that are human and social matter for that political party have do work jointly then we get result and good nation . otherwise result will be nothing only and only it become a element of a political mudda.
