It is evident that in the last 4 four years , the Modi Govt hasn't done much noteworthy.Needless to mention about the long pending serious and urgent issues that were ignored by the congress govt, thanks to the policy paralysis of the Maun Mohan Singh.
It is scary to read that we are always short of ammunitions,assault rifles , fighter jets , submarines etc and many more such crucial war related needs.Only of late some action is initiated by the defence minister who appears to be very slow. it is therefore necessary that decisions are taken fast by the Govt to reassure people of the country's safety
army chief knows what he have to do and has a world class decision making board . so he need not require to get knowledge from others .if others do their duty properly then well
1. There have been enough Technologies bought during last 5 years, which needs to be utilized and implemented first.
2. Deploying army in domestic problems and wars within states needs to be stopped as state forces are enough equipped to solve domestic violence within very geographic locations.
3. Destruction of equipment and products of any types needs to be stopped and proper precautionary measures to eradicate any accident in any defence units or production units needs to be implemented.
4.Correct deployment of correct personnel at all level of Administrative department is needed.
5. Defence units, offices and administration should be free of any political colors and political pressure to safeguard life of all categories of defence employes in Army, Airfore and Navy including their administrative offices.
6. Strict distance and discipline should be maintained with civilians even in social activities for maintaining confidentiality in functioning of Defence.
6. Defence budget should utilize a part of the money in health & welfare of their employees.
7. Special committee should be framed to audit quality and dedication of existing defence employees and their business connections.
