Had the accused been an ordinary person the police not wait for any investigation and would simply arrest and torture him.Police is controlled by political goons in BJP rule also. Maximum criminals are in BJP and still it talk about principle, law of rule etc. The end is not far away for BJP to fool the people.

Yes he must be hanged, if guilty, but we support bail in all such cases, where only charges are framed,this one sided law must go, as if males do not have any respect.
