by R ponnabalam on Apr 14, 2018 05:26 PM

What is this first among equal? Then have to be all chief justices and form a circle rather than a line.In school days I remember having been taught about the post of P.M.as first among equal. Then I find that the P.M.has his council of Ministers and no other equal has.If all judges are equal why the CJ alone had been giving the roaster so far .Every other judge also could have also done it.When it comes to visibile transparency , visible transparency to whom and why?Is that to influence? All powers have to be accountably exercised everywhere .if one doesn't do so the system must take care of it.People must come forward to tell that this was done wrong and it is wrong because of this and should take responsibility for that.As of now the entire show is one of disrepute R.PONNAMBALAM

What Nonsense
by Bodhi Dharma on Apr 11, 2018 08:46 PM

This Dipak Mishra whose motivations and judgements are mired in suspicion sits in judgement over his own activity of giving important cases to judges that are friendly to Modi and Amit Shah now passes a judgement saying that he is right, how convenient and what a load of BS. In this age of computers we could easily have these cases assigned randomly, there is no need for these useless 'first among equals' nonsense.

These 4 Judges have already created atmosphere where every decision of Supreme court will be seen as Motivated. These 4 has to be Punished first.
Chelameswar still not disclosed aboout his context of discussion with Daniel Raja ( CPM) after their press conference couple of months before @ his residency. It shows Judges has specially Chelameswar has vested interest with the political party / parties.

All Justice except Justice Ranjan Gogoi will retire under justice Mishra while Justice Gogoi only will have an opportunity to become CJI. The first one to retire in June, 2018 will be justice Chelameshwar, who played a lead role in revolt against CJI

CJI Dipak Misra
by piri on Apr 11, 2018 05:02 PM  | Hide replies

had no business to be made even a judge, leave alone the CJI !

He and Balakrishnan are the only ones among CJIs who have proven cases of corruption against them !

Dipak Misra falsely declared himself to be a landless farmer and secured an allotment of 2 acres of free land when he was practicing as a high court lawyer in Orissa !

Years later, the Orissa govt cancelled the allocation when his actual background and profession was brought to its notice !

This is recorded in the proceedings of the Orissa high court where he had to face trial in a case filed by a Public prosecutor !

A thief will always remain a thief !

And Dipak Misra has demonstrated this yet again by breaking conventions at the level of forming Constitution benches and keeping out all senior judges who are not pliant from the benches for adjudicating in the most sensitive cases !

He, like his black money masters Modi and Shah, imagines that most Indians will remain stuxpid for long !

Abe ever stinking , kalumal, jobless, useless komaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaali your writing nonsense will not change the position of Justice mishra as he will continue as CJI till he complete his full term and use his power the way he deem fit. The other Justice Chelameshwar will retire under his tenure only as Judge of the Apex court.

I told you several times that my name is not Abraham. But that is something too difficult to understand for dunces like you.

And, by the way, you stinking Gujarati wayside defecator, what was that you wrote ?

Better have some basic knowledge of law ??

Have some proper understanding about the subject ??

Any idea what the usage ^have some^ implies ?

It means that you are offering to give me some basic knowledge and proper understanding of law !

But..........do you have any knowledge of law ??

Do you ?

How can anyone like you who writes hopelessly broken English and who has seemingly studied law in the kyndi medium claim to have enough knowledge of law to dispense such knowledge to others ??

Abe Kaliye, better know the meaning of the word Abe . Idiot like you will never understand this. Yes stinking , dirty komaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaali, I am asking you to learn basic law if you want to comment against the chief of Indian judiciary. Whether I write broken English or not but one think is sure that you are totally broken ever since Modi and BJPhas come to power and has lost control over your useless mind. What you have achieved in your life useless, jobless man ? Have you worked with Larsen & Toubro ?I don’t think this reputed organisation can ever appoint stinking, dirty, useless commie like you. You useless man can not do anything constructive and can write only nonsense and repeated copy paste just to pass your idle time.

The beaches of Kerala are pristine, not like the beaches in Kandla or Mundra or Mumbai (which are saturated with coliform bacteria counts that are reported to be more than 500 times the WHO mandated max permissible limit) !

Dont open your stinking mouth to try and grin (lest people on this board might faint) !

Oh, what a lame way to escape, dumbo !

Hailing from Gujarat, you are very familiar with open defecation !

It does not offend you in any way like it offends us as the people in your region either defecate in the open all their lives or see it and smell it all their lives !
