To Reform & Develop India, hang 1 lac criminals / yr for 10 yrs
Just like credit rating, there should be criminality rating for each state. Quotas of criminals who should be shot should be set for each state according to its population.
All rapists, robbers, mobile phone-snatches, laptop-snatches, chain snatches, corrupt gov officials (who amass over Rs 1 cr), etc should be shot.
It should be made mandatory to hang or shoot 100,000 criminals pan-India every yr (70,000 North Indians, 20,000 South Indians, 10000 East Indians). Every day, at least 70 criminals (25,000 per yr including Jats, Yadavs, Gujjars, IzlamicCriminals, etc) should be hanged in Delh-NCR (including Noida and Ghaziabad) and Haryana every day. Then nationwide, 25 politicians (including present and former MLAs, MPs, etc and their sons) should be shot every day.
Remove criminals, backed by money power, muscle power and political power, like JatMaadharChodhs (JMCs), YadavMaadharChodhs (YMCs), GujjarMaadharChodhs (GMCs), PatidarMaadharChodhs (PMCs), Modis, Kapus, Jaiswals, etc from OBC and reduce total reservns to 40% (SC 15%, ST 5%, MBC [Most Backward Castes] 15%, FCs in BPL 5%), leaving 60% for merit.
Conduct quarterly English-tests which every reserved candidate must take at least twice a year and score min to avail reservation benefits. If reserved gov employees fail in the test, they will get a decrement of Rs 1000 /yr (or lose increments), students will not move to higher class.
Baba Sahib BhimRao Ambedakar created SC/ST act for 10 years..But this is continuing even after 60 years..We should abolish entire caste system. With what authority SC/ST or OBC candidate who has been made IAS/IPS by reservation asking again reservation for their kids..You are IAS/IPS officer and uplifted already and now AGAIN asking reservation for your kids & their kids forever...SHAME ON YOU.. you r absolutely right... reservation should be reversed now..why only group c-d jobs for sc/sts for centuries. why all menial labour should be assigned to sc/sts why not brahmins be scavengers and exctreta pickers why only brahmins are reserved to occupy the posts as a priests for centuries when the temple is built with the sweat of labour class? why brahmins should not work on agriculture? why should brahmin only enjoy 52% reservation and scs only 13% why only brahmins are occupied with all the dominant posts in media, judiciary,politics and bureaucracy? plz reverse the reservatio topsy turvy..scs dont want reservation anymore..provided there is a equal opportunity for all.. shame on u casteist.. bloodsuckers...labour hating moron..

instead Of giving benefits to crimy layer of SC ST OBC..it should be given to other families who have not got the benefit..such affluent people themselves should forego benefit in favour of their own caste people if they really want to lift the people of their caste...
Well when government demanded that those above poverty line give up subsidy for LPG connection then it must take the same measure to see those SC/ST who are very well off but enjoying the same benefits and concession offered by the government. I think it is high time the government does away with this cast system.
30 million dalits or 30 million upper caste or even 30 million muslims or even 50 million OBCs sholdnot have the right to misuse any act and no act should be allowed to subvert the basic principle of human rights i.e. "not guilty unless proven guilty".

True ! and then it was carried on for 50 years ! Now it has become permanent. The OC are left out to die.
Politician or reservation supporter should take oath that they should visit foreign or private hospital for treatment but should do their treatment in Govt hospital with Reserved category Doctor for at least five year. In Delhi, open one school only with reserved category teacher and give all extra facility and check their performance. Govt should give all support to increase talent not the decrease the qualiflying level
Along with SC,ST, which SC is silent on one sided law made for woman, where anyone without any confirmation can be jailed, SC must remove all laws which are discretionary, prejudiced, biased and spreading hate among masses. We need only secular laws applicable to all on equal footings.

Of course.
But such notions of equality are damaged most by big time thieves (crony capitalists such as the Ambanis and Adanis and Agarwals, etc) in modern India !
The damage done to commoners by caste based reservations is far less in magnitude !
Jean Dreze, the celebrated development economist has remarked : A handful of crony capitalists loot immensely more public wealth in India each year than what is stolen by 4 crore government servants in the form of bribes, commission and other forms of corruption !
Looking at how the current govt has nonchalantly given Rs 2.11 lakh crores from money paid as taxes by the people to public sector banks for recapitalisation to partly offset the huge Rs 6 lakh crores plus that such crony capitalists have stolen (misleadingly termed NPAs), his words ring so true !
