To a common man, it only means that BJP has paid six times more money to the voters than the Congress. They couldn`t because they didn`t have.This really is the time when all Congress and other Opposition people should take out whatever money they have made in the past and making in some States, and use it for winning elections. BJP made it a point to capture, by hook or by crook, State after State in India, even when they did not have majority winnings. Now of course, it is a time to make up what they spent.
The Gandhi namesakes have no stake in Indian elections, if it comes voluntarily, ok; otherwise no question of removing any money from european lockers. The ticket seekers have to spend for their victiry, and to entertyain Gandhis.

In fact, BJP in its first meeting after taking over with NaMo as PM, appointed the SIT to investigate black money - as per SC's directive that SC had given in 2011 but that your UPA friends stalled for 3 years - blatantly flouting SC orders.
