Which is supposed to develop these technologies is full of under qualified recruits who are average to below average in academics. It would be too much to expect such personnel to turnout cutting edge technologies consistently and in competitions with adversaries all around.
On One hand India is able to send unmanned vehicles to Mars very successfully, with cost of the project least by all world standards. On the other hand we lack the same technology at our own border????

Yes because where from Congress, BJP or any political party get money to fight elections?? These deals get pay back. SP indegenous not good. Why they didnot allowed private sector, they could have shown their ability, but bribe culture has killed nation even now it is so, KAVERI engine why they are not taking help for final touch??
