Over 50 years ago we do not have more knowledge of diabetic and its complications. Normally in those days the diabetic patients were looked by others pathetically. When I was attacked at the age of 30 during 1980 - asked reasons with the doctor - one of the reasons he said was hereditary. I questioned when hereditary in another 20-25 years diabetic patients will be doubled in the world. I want to live for long what I should do: it was explained, with correct medication, regular physical exercises and a balanced diet.And advised to have periodical medical check up. Failing some of the organs would be damaged. Regular walking reduces sugar level, improve blood circulation reduces BP and make the heart functioning better. Taking diet 4/5 times (instead of 3 times) with more vegetables, less carbohydrate foods and avoid direct sugars and fried items.
A literate, rich, living in a metro with good environment with all medical facilities and comforts available he seems to have been either an ignorant or negligent.
All BJP ministers like Sushma Swaraj,Manohar Parikar,and latest of Arun Jaitly are getting allopathy system of Medicine although their prime Minister and Health minister are advocating AYUSH system of medicines and almost whole of Indian Citizens are treating Allopathic Doctors as Demons.But all the BJP VIPs are getting Allopathy treatments in Best hospitals in country and Abroad.Why dont they go for AYUSH ?Is AYUSH is for common citizen only,Great Jumlabazi........
