To call SC,ST a dalit is an abuse and hate spreading division among Hindus. All those who are in the net of Income Tax cannot be called a dalit, will so called hate spreading dalit leaders take a bow that only SC,ST of BPL class will be getting all benefit, and rights of all others should be forgone.
