The BJP is the culprit for the parliament fiasco , they don’t want face the no confidence motion .if they are really serious speaker should have suspended the agitating MPs . Why they kept quite so many days of business in parliament. BJP plays lot of politics
congress did not do that...it was your govt. which wanted to stop no confidence motion at any cost which is responsible for no work for so many days...
