Why to blame Government for every thing,Congress and opposition parties are afraid of Modi as a PM hence they will not allow his party/government to work.Congress is desperate and like fish without water since 2014(May).Rahul Gandhi should understand that his responsibility is also for the development of the nation (not only his personal image or party),atleast Congress would have allowed to pass few bills.

Yes the country is moved by BJP who really did not work and kudos to opposition for full work full pay in not allowing any parliament session. Such hefty some as salary without any real qualification is the reason for flawed politics in India. When there will be no payment for getting elected will be possible we will start getting proper leader.
Govt. is fully responsible for this situation of disruption of the Parliament sessions. Why Govt. is unable to face the No Confidence Motion, where having full majority in both Sabhas. Seems, Govt. is behind the agitated MPs. Politrics played by all the people for their survival.
A ordinance to be passed that salary , sitting fees, and all other benefits will be paid based on hours work to all the members of parliament. Why there is discrimination between member of parliament and Govt servant. If GOVT employee is on stike and did not come to office then his/her salary is deducted
