The intent of the article is very clear when the values are mentioned in millions & billions to create some kind of hype. In India do we measure money value in terms of millions & billions ?. Also is there a data available for our ex-PM MMS ?. He also would have travelled. What positive impact it had on our country. In contrast Modi's travel created lot of positive impact on India.
