Colossal lapse of judgement
by N Karthik on Apr 04, 2018 08:34 AM  | Hide replies

Mr.Thapar, When Mumbai was attacked on 26/11 and the body count was increasing and the terrorists yet to be neutralized, Mr.Shivraj Patil, then then Home Minister (Of your patron party)was busy dressing himself immaculately for photo ops. Nero fiddled when Rome burnt.

That is an example of colossal lapse of judgement.

Another example of colossal lapse of judgement is the interview you had with Ms.Jayalalitha. All that aggressive journo attitude met more than its march that day.

Sushma Swaraj does what is right.

She first ensured if they were not alive and where would be their mortal remains then only declared it.
What difference does it make if the bereaved families have been informed after the parliament. This Karan Thapar seems not have anything else to do but peeling onions.

The escaped guy said to ndtv that he was shot & his feet was injured & later he managed to get out of there etc. Another story was he was with the Bangladeshis when all were rounded up & just like in 26-11 Mumbai attacks, where Pakistani terrorists were killing Americans,Europeans,Indians etc but did not harm some people just because they were MUSLIMS,this chap survived by being a part of the Bangladeshi group, who would not have exposed him out of human empathy. This was one among the many report given by some local Iraq based travel agencies to the sources in Indian govt. Now,he really cannot come back & say to the other families in the same village that 'I saved my skin by posing as a muslim',can he?. So it was natural for the govt to not trust him fully. Please understand, the same sources in IRAQ & Middle East may have been involved in rescuing our Nurses, priest Fr Tom etc..Now who would you believe more as a govt-those sources OR his story ? It is just a tragic situation, you really cannot blame anyone. Please understand that,to this day,we are yet to declare our 'missing soldiers' of 1962 & 1971 wars officially dead-that covers Cong-Bjp-All 3rd front govts.

Sushma Swaraj still sensitive nd mature
by Amit Choudhary on Apr 03, 2018 05:58 PM

Had she declared them dead in one month it would be again Mr. Thapar alleging her as highly insensitive human being not waiting for confirmed reports and investigation and making hasty conclusions in all that rhetorical journalistic narrative...

colossal lapse of judgement
by on Apr 03, 2018 05:18 PM

Sushma will be always remembered for the help she extended to our people in foreign countries. This article is written to malign the honest and straight forward minister. Those who went to Mosul on their own wish. I understand that they all went illegally. Even government tried its best bring back the remains of the dead. There are thousands of them go to foreign countries illegally, and nobody knows where are many of them. Dead or alive. Is the government responsible for this ?

remember that the whole region is suffering just becs of Islam, they are the most ruthless religion in the world, against humanity, against any existing religion..they dont believe in peaceful coexistence....

it is common sense that the guy who told indian embassy in iraq that all 39 are shot and he is the lone survivor, what the govt is doing????????. is it hiding the truth.
how come mortal remains are collected after 4 years of their death. that means these bodies are already collected by indians and kept them as secret to hoodwink people.
did bjp think we r fools to listen to their cock and bull story. come ut of congress stigma and think like an ordinary indian and you know the lapses of govt. jaihind
