In democracy anything is possible because money & muscle factor will be the decision making. The BJP is the only party having black money of thousands of crores rupees in their account and playing with it, which we have seen in several assembly elections.
How does it matter whether he was a Congressman or not. Today he is a Congressman. Tomorrow what he is going to be is not known. Politicians are like Chameleons, and change color according to the environment. Look at the Congress president. He puts a Jenoi(sacred thread) one fine morning to declare him a Hindu. He prays in Dargas, Mosques and in Churches and now started in Temples too. May be tomorrow he may say that he is a Dalit too. It is all in the game. But he doesn't know if a crow apply white paint over it, it cannot become a swan. For wearing Jenoi, there are rituals, and not just go to a shop, pick up a thread and wear it and say "I've done it".

A scoundrel said India's GDP was 20% of world's economy in 1700 and fools believe it. Unfortunately the fact that our former PM Mr Man Mohan Singh uttered this statement once shows the extent of idiocy even among the educated Indians. Also these iidiots unintentionaly admit that Mughals (Akbar-Jahangir-Shah Jehan- Aurangzeb) created this great Indian economy during 1550-1700.
To put things into perspective, a pre-industrial primitive economy's size is based on population—on the number of hands and legs—with other factors weighing little. If there are 1000 people in a Country A, then there will be 1000 thatched houses, 1000 bowls, 1000 spears, 1000 cheddis, etc.
In 1700, India’s population was 10 crores and the Indian economy was 20% and China’s population was15 crores and its economy was 30% of the world economy.
British and French populations were 1 crore each; so their economies each was 2% of the world economy and so on.
After 1700, western economies expanded dozens of times, due to industrialization, compared to the Indian economy, which did expand but just 3 or 4 times.
If Indians (including MMS) shed just 10% of their idiocy and think, they understand that here the great Indian did not shrink but the western economies expanded rapidly after 1700.

Communist China's army strength is 30 lakhs. Capitalist India's army strength is 13 lakhs. Who will win if a war is taken place? Modi has to increase the strength of our army otherwise we cannot compete with China. India's GDP is $ 2 trillion. China's GDP is $ 12.2 trillion. China's contribution to the world GDP is 30%.
