Cut Pay to GovtMaadharChodhs (GMCs), Divert Money for Development

Nowadays many GovtMaadharChodhs (aka GMCs or Gov employees) get pensions over 30K / pm, a gov peon or junior asst gets salary Rs 35K / pm, gov teacher 50k, lecturer Rs 1.5 lak, professor Rs 2 lak, etc.

Govt is collecting taxes, like GST, Income Tax, etc from the 97% hardworking people in the pvt sector to pay exorbitant salaries to 3% GMCs. I appreciate Modi's initiatives on many fronts, but what all these tax collections are for… to pay salaries to GMCs, 90% of whom are good-for-nothing fellows?

In pvt companies, only top 3% could be corrupt, but 97% employees have to work hard. In govt companies 90% are corrupt and / or laggard fellows.

GMC laggards, who eat up 10% GDP / yr, seldom work, but work very hard when there is scope for corruption. GMCs spend 80% time eating paan & spitting on walls, talking SexPoliticsAndNonsense, playing cards for 2 hrs when lunch time is 1 hr, etc

Only defense people deserve good salaries and salaries of all GMCs must be reduced to market-average levels. Stop GMCs’ salary revisions in future and divert the money thus saved to improving primary education, teaching English to SCs and STs, family planning incentives, to poor farmers driven to commit suicide & spreading English language among poor. PAYING HIGH SALARIES TO GMCs KILLS PATRIOTIC SPIRIT AMONG COMMON HARDWORKING POPULACE.

(Kick out a GMC getting Rs 1Lac /PM & pay 10k-to-10 poor workers

Violence, death and destruction are not the means to achieve ones goals. The recent Maratha agitation, in their thousands and very peacefully conducted showed how if politicans are not involved there can be a show of strength and also results. Unfortunately the Dalits in the country are still controlled by their political masters from various parties and are guided to destroy public peace and property. If they had only come together on a single platform, shunned politicans and marched in unity, they would have earned the respect of the nation. Another lost opportunity !!

All sponsored by congress and BSP, SC decision is nothing to do with constitution or reservation, SC just took correction for the undemocratic, hate spreading, and non secular law brought by congress in 1989 to divide total Hindu votes on the basis of hate spreading.
Today this non secular caste based issue has become might is right and biased political issue. Even BJP has come in congress pressure, who gave in its manifesto equal rights to all.
We all feel insecured due to what happened in India, it reminds the riots of 1984 arranged by congress.

It is a grand delusion that true identities are religion based !

A delusion laboriously sought to be kept alive by those who fear that divisions based on the real identity - class - might get noticed by the relatively more ignorant and more gullible lower classes (who form a vast majority in India) !

Those who are indulged in all such activities are creamy layer among dalits, they do not want to give up their rights, they make fake cases, whereas needy and deprived need all sympathy. Law should protect these, not creamy layer goondas. They will continue to do it because their biased right is in danger.

Anger amongst dalits
by Sameer Shaikh on Apr 03, 2018 04:05 AM  | Hide replies

Never have been dalits so angry with upper caste as now. Even during this holi few dalits wanted to beat up upper caste men under colourer face but they kept quite. Now its time to correct historical blunders done by forefathers

1) End caste system. Criminalise it using caste surname anywhere. Dalits and Muslims are the rohingyas of India

2) Make beef legal. Dalits and Muslim are discriminated as they eat beef.Everyone should include beef in their diet. Entire world eats it.

3) Tell the world we are closing the shop of democracy. Our forefathers forced a system on us which was unnatural as in west they experienced gradual change from feudalism to democracy with time. Find a authoratarian system soon which focuseson economic development and keep religion confined within 4 walls only.

4) instead of toilet create jails everywhere. Anyone who takes bribe or indulge in corruption must be jailed

5) All temples must have one dalit priest. Skinning the cows should be shared by brahman and dalit together

6) Intercaste marriage between dalits and upper caste should be must. Beef should be served during marriage.

Dear Sameer, Please get your facts straight.
1. Caste system would have ended but for political parties like the congress, BSP etc who thrive on vote banks. And it will never end unless all political parties promise not to rake up ANY caste based issues.
2. Beef is not eaten in all parts of the world. By this logic, pork should also be made available all over India. Every country makes available what is culturally relevant to that culture. Remember that Islam and Christianity are not Indian religions and therefore its not normal to introduce an alien ideology in a society. That will be unnatural.
3. It is not democracy that needs to be closed. The way democracy works should be streamlined to ensure that rogues and tyrants who have governned us so far are not allowed to manipulate the system any longer. India was ruled by Kings and emperors, which was anyway authoritarian in nature, and we have seen the consequences in history. Dont promote ideologies that are irrelevant to humnaity.
4. Toilets are as important as Jails. We need to teach the people, cleanliness and hygiene. Thats the start of good upbringing and education and it will lead to possibly lesser crimes.
5. Temples are not closed to Dalit priests. There are many so called backward class people in south india today who run temples and are also the chief priests. There should be an intention from the dalit community to come forward to learn our scriptures and understand vedic ideologies.

Also adding to be below..
You cant force intercaste marriages unless both parties are willing. And its not necessary to serve beef or any item that offends the sensibilities of the marriage parties.
We need to change the mindset. We need education. And I think the Dalit community which is walloping in its own pity should wake up, focus on education and look to stand up on their own feet. As long as they are seen to be dependant on freebies and taken as a vote bank there is no secure future for them. Self respect is earned, not demanded. Also remember, atrocities committed on the so called backward people are most committed by backward people, who are just a tad better off than them, or own lands. Lets stop blaming the brahmins for everything that has gone wrong with the dalits just because they are easy targets.

You are living in delusion. The great majority of the so called upper castes in south India and a large segment of the so called upper caste people in north India too have dark skin !

And they also have the typical negrito draxvidian features (thick nose, thick segmented lips, black pupils, round faces, black hair, etc) that the so called lower caste people have !

It is only in north west India and surrounding regions (H.P, Haryana, J

JK, Punjab, etc, precisely the regions that lay in the path of innumerable invasions and inward migrations by central Asian tribes and then the muxlims) that one can find a high proportion of people with very fair skin and acquiline facial features, a result of the invaders intermarrying or raxping people here !

And such people with very fair skin include both the so called upper castes as well as the lower castes !

For instance, take a good look at some tamil brahmins (Iyers). Most of them are virtually indistinguishable from their so called low caste state mates !

The case of most among the Mishras, Trivedis, Sharmas, etc too is not very different (i.e,, most of them have skin colour and features similar to most low caste people in U.P/Bihar) !
