Even Though the point was raised before the Court, in The Tiruppur Dyeing units They Go by the Kuvathur formula go by majority to erect the R.O Technology in their industries,open secret that even after the erection of R.O in their units Zero Discharge is not yet arrived. At Dagger point they were forced to file a such affidavit .Some of the Dyeing units filed affidavit seeking permission to follow the different technology was denied to open their units,was refused by the Hon'ble High court . Even two decades passed after Hon'ble Supreme Court judgmnt passed in the Vellore Citizen Welfare forum case and more than 10 years passed even after the Precautionary principle Law & National Green Tribunal Act and the Forum was established till date also they were not at all arrived the environment friendly controlling the pollution free technology was not at all arrived water. Union of India Spend more than ten thousand Crores of rupees for cleaning the river Ganga without following the Precautionary principle.No National policy for treating the municipal's sewage water

in the hands of big time thieves has resulted in Gujarat being named by the CPCB as the most polluted state in India despite being only the 4th in terms of industrial output !

Delhis pollution is largely from automobiles and burning of harvest waste in the neighbouring states.
Gujarats pollution is because of reckless sanctioning of industries without even the basic infra to prevent air, water and soil contamination.
this was pointed out several times by the CAG !
While Kejriwal can do little to prevent auto pollution (his measure to stagger the operation of private vehicles was greeted with ignorant scorn by komaaaali bhakts), gujarats pollution is entirely the result of a very corrupt state govt !
