For last 70 years of independence we are still living on the infrastructure created by British. All Indian Governments failed on this count. If we construct the bridge, it collapses in 10 years, if we construct the building it collapses in 15 years. We even are not able to construct the road which last for one year. All Government officials, bureaucrats, ministers, MPs had been and is being busy in making money for themselves. There are morchas claimed to be of common people for petty politically motivated reasons. What about morchas for life of common people? Really thanks to British, who have created so much infrastructure which we are still using after 150 years. Common Man of Independent India - You do not have the right to live!!

most of the people in India have the impression that the Britishers have looted the country see the bridge built by them it is still OK it has not broken had our engineers constructed that bridge the bridge would have collapsed due to train vibration and the human loss would have been unimaginable. Great India.
BJP has failed on all counts. Renaming the station will not change the fact that the basic infrastructure in Mumbai is creation of the British. The governments in power after the British left, have done nothing noteworthy. The corrupt Congress governments only looted the city and created wealth for themselves and their cadre. Then comes the Shiv Sena that has taken corruption to a new level and has reduced Mumbai to a glorified slum. Much was expected of the BJP nationally and regionally, however, all the promises made against corruption etc were just empty and the BJP has failed on all counts. The are busy renaming the station and earning brownie points, but neglecting the very basic requirements of the citizens. They are busy with Bullet Train propaganda and ignoring basic safety of the railways. They talk of Swachha Bharat and go to any railway platform in any part of India, the scene is pathetic, there is no swachhata, only filth, dirt, and diseases. Instead of announcing sensational projects the BJP should get down to the ground level and work for the basic requirements.
From the incidents happened related to Indian Railways since last one month, my observation is that INDIA needs SAFETY OF PASSENGERS first, then think about BULLET TRAINS
when there is big crowds at one place every one should be cautious, some of them are unruley and might cause problem to others. rumors or pushing, deliberately trying to force themselves with in the crowds all result to stampede
When people die then goverment will do something it is always like that more the people will die more they will do there are just waiting only for people to die to do something measurable it is always like this in india long live democrcy
sir iam also regular traveller to mankhurd via kurla and there is no differeant situation than this bridge there was heavy rush to harbour bridge down take and many times i requested GRP and RPF for complaint construction of bridge but they said go and tell stationmaster but since they were send to control rush this must be known to station master ...no body is taking seriously even deccan queen burnt on central railway there are writings on first class compartments by marker that no trump no modi ,,,,,who is not doing this development works ...may i q here?? who is ??
