Execution brings laurels to the Plan
by R ponnabalam on Sep 26, 2017 10:41 AM  | Hide replies

Some one said:"it is the execution that brings laurels to the Plan."Rs 16,320-crore"is good amount.Govt. must plan, execute meticulously that the money reaches the purpose it is meant for and is used only for that.Govt. must be transparent. There should be time based reviews of Jobs planned , completed and failures must held responsible for.Mr,Rajiv Gandhi said once that only 10 % or so plan -money reaches the people .Govt. must take responsibility and bring out white paper on results every quarter or so.It should not be like our banking system telling after 60 yrs.that they have an unrecovered loan of 80 lakh cores from defaulters ie equivalent to every Indian contributing some Rs.6000 to the rich man's kitty.Govt. must also bring out FIRST A Performance appraisal of Local Area development fund .That would help this scheme to be organized in the right way.Now does anybody know how much money is spent on L.A.D fund and what is the outcome and why the P.M. is silent on that? If P.M. or the people are silent on Local Area development fund this also will go that way.R.PONNAMBALAM

Very good insight. Add a few lines that state Discoms are highly corrupt and inefficient. They were already white elephants. How the Govt. could achieve the goal with such staff. A JE / AE earns a million as bribe besides salary of equal amount or more.

Mr Ponnambalam: Reg. NPAs Total NPAs are between 8-9 lakh crores put together. Could be referred, till 2015 all banks have shown profit and gross NPAs were between 2-3.5% in every bank and Net NPAs were between 0.75 to 2% only. Causes may be due to many reasons - Agriculture due to monsoon failure, negative exports growth, lesser manufacturing growth, government policies - poor selection of borrowers, poor monitoring, legal system etc. - Failed Sectors: Power, Infrastructure and Steel Industries covering major share.

every scheme of new gov
by Narahari K on Sep 26, 2017 03:38 AM  | Hide replies

When ever there is a scheme announcement, it scares me, on how much its going to pinch the pockets of prompt tax payers. I feel i am paying more for everything, but the life style hasn't changed. Everything is getting unaffordable by the day. All shop keepers, hoteliers any one and every one when questioned why costly they say GST sir!!

Progressive Steps Of NDA...
by rishi on Sep 26, 2017 01:27 AM  | Hide replies

.....thanks to a visionary government now after 60 yrs of darkness these families have lived in when the Nation could barely move at a snail's pace in a wilfully corrupt-colonial-congress regime which was focussed on the progress of only the ruling elite it created. A great PM Modi has made both fuel(LPG) and electricity in all the homes which did not have these basic needs. Thanks to Team-Modi for bringing brightness in the lives of millions of those Indians who were struggling for basic necessities of modern life.

its all a joke. i pay tax promptly. The price never reduces of gas, for all reasons under the earth, I don't get gas subsidy. I don't have reservations. its a double whammy.

I am not against people getting electricity..... How much more hit i am going to take is what concerns me. I am just a common man.

Mr RISHI: It is good to get electricity to all, however I wish to state the following states have 100% electricity. Andhra, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Kerala, Punjab, Sikkim,Telengana, Chandigar, Pondicherry,Delhi and Tamilnadu.

Remaining Big States: which do not have 100% Electricity are: Maharashtra, UP, MP, Bihar, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Orissa, Karnataka etc. (as of 2015)

What is the reason and whom should we blame.

In TN all slums and huts were electrified at free of cost using below 100 units bi-monthly. In addition electricity is free for agriculturists with some restrictions. Handloom weavers are also given free upto certain extent. It has been in vouge over 30 years.

I opin some newly formed villages having lesser number of people in far off from nearby towns and for the people living in hills may not get the benefit hitherto. Over all may be to the tune of about 3% of population. However it is in the hands of State Govt to take care of.

Good. That you have been doing after every election. When the people who get benefits vote for Modi, you invent tales of 2002, and Gaurakshak and violence and Es and whatnot and act so surprised that I ROTFLMAO. :-)
