India is a country of 130 crores, Pak is a country of 21 crores.
And the two countries have so called technological distinctions (which is a big overstatement, to say the least) roughly in the ratio of their population sizes !
The populations of both boondocks are dominated by destitutes and lower middle classes !
And the absolute numbers of those destitutes are roughly in the ratio of their population sizes !
Their distinctions (which are sparse considering the huge sizes of their populations) are also proportional to the sizes of their populations.
In sum, both India and Pakistan are big basket cases of the world, comparable in every respect to the countries of Sub-Saharan Africa in terms of every human development index !
But the overridingly distinctive feature that is common to both these boondocks is that the majority of the people in both are so foolish as to give more importance to religious identities than to work to achieve material justice and prevent big time thieves from stealing resources that are theirs !

A country which imports everything and a country which exports a lot is what you are comparing. So population wise phillipenes is also less so compare paki with Phillipino .. similarly compare India with same population and you will see the difference. So in any case Pakistan is incomparable to India for sure
