North Korea should not conduct Nuclear tests, but Pakistan can. If you ally with US you can do whatever you want. UN has become a comedy enterprise. They killed Saddam saying that he was about to build nuclear weapons. Indian govt is googling across the globe to place bid to buy defense equipment since we cannot manufacture anything or else we will have to wait until we start something doing desi with foreign collaboration.
