We have seen over centuries, that the sons are NOT as smart as their father always...nature does not make it like that because the father choses a mother who was less intellectual.... Dynast-ism is ok in business, movies etc beacuse the damage they can cause is limited to their business or their movie.... But in ruling a country dynasts have proven as the country is invariably ruined.... Look at the history all over the world....

First, intelligence is not hereditary. It's not because the mother (or father) is less intelligent. It's just because intelligence is not hereditary.
And because it's not hereditary, dynasty whether in movies or medicine or politics does not make sense.
Of course, you cannot make it illegal for the children to follow the profession of their parents.
Dynasties fall precisely because eventually some incompetent dynast will ruin all the good work of his ancestors.
