Two Weeks Is Too Late

Two weeks is too late, when you're dealing with a large mafia having lots of money, technology, vehicles, properties, and crooks.
It should have been done within 1 or 2 days of the verdict (Date of verdict was known in advance)
The people and processes are too slow and lazy, and not at all pro-active.
We will never know how much evidence was lost due to this delay.
