Vaihayasi went for a long break, back she is and now seems to be in favor of Indrani. Suddenly she writes these lines about NotGuiltyUntilProven etc etc. Why so? Anything fishy here?

Yes.. the reporting of both were very good.. a surprised that only rediff is carrying this news in detail. Other MSM seems to have lost interest
In India buying witnesses for courts is a parallel business in India where the false witnesses are same as the number of Judges and Lawyers in India. Many cases in Delhi and Tihar false witnesses are lodged in Jails so rich and top politicians can go scott free. They are either implicated haveing been involved in small robberies purse snatching or purchased by Rich people to stay in jail and accept the crimes not done by them. This is done hand in glove with the law authorities.
There seems to be some other angle to the crime. Forceful implication is seen here forcing the driver to speak things without proofs of their happening.
Maybe someone else is involved in the crime is possible. The driver may be able to tell who was actually involved. Similar to the one in Ryan school case where driver was involved but later said he was forced to speak.
