Digvijay Singh has lost his importance after failing to form Congress government in Goa. This man can do anything to please his high command and to retain their confidence and trust again. Based on his past history his using such language against PM may not be ruled out.

Goa was little failure as Diggu main job is to make available Items for Rahul who has similar tastes like his forefather Nehru. Diggy got too busy in testing and trying itemsand lost Goa chance. Now I think Rahul is passing time with Diggu new wefe.
