The only difference is that the komaaaaali party is able to attract a very large number of criminals for doing its bidding because it now has much more black money than the Congress has !
This is the same reason why the komaaaali party was able to win a higher vote share than the Congress in 2014 among the always-easy-to-fool north Indian commoners !

North India is home to the largest per capita incidence of deaths due to poor hygiene (gastro enteritis, dysentry, etc) in the entire world as per WHO statistics (worse than countries in sub Saharan Africa) . And 70 % or more of the population in most north Indian states defecating in the open (surveyed in 2015 by the National sample survey office) does not help at all !
Learn habits of good hygiene and try teaching your brethern the same !

Are these ppl really democratic. They are those sprt who creat criminal. Imagine how much a person was mentally torchered by this lady that he decided to kill her. It is not damage done to demoocracy but if the society is made free from such criminal creators it will be a better an peaceful world.
