Need not express inside preparedness in public. Yes at the same time India must not forget Chinese back stabbing in 1964.
Aggression is in Chinese DNA.

General Bipin Rawat's Remark
by on Sep 07, 2017 07:50 PM  | Hide replies

What General Bipin Rawat said has been grossly misinterpreted by Chinese Authority. What General meant is not that there is going to be a war between the two countries. Any Army has to remain motivated and war preparedness every time, and general Rawat's remarks is in that context only. The General would never say to his army that now there is peace between India and China, our men should relax. It appears that the Chinese Authority is trying to make an issue out of a General's routine talk to his men.

Arrogance

Sorry to say that the Army Chief seems to be loose cannon, talking about the army being ready for a war on two fronts, just a day after the PM declared on Chinese soil that peace and cooperation is necessary for going forward, is only embarassing our PM. It appears that the point that he superseeded 2 of his seniors and got the coveted CoA post has imbibed a touch of arrogancy in him. The new defence minister will see to it that this never happens again.

Bipin Rawat spoke about military preparedness. Government speaks about trade and development. Nothing wrong.Just that China should not have any illusion .
