How about the other crime in the same year where 1000 innocent Indians were murdered by shiv sena goons under the direction of Bal thackrey? Now that Bal is dead, how about others seniors who are now ruling Mumbai? Forget justice, there is not even the mention in press about one of the worst riots in Bombay's history which was carried out by Shiv Sena and the ruling congress was mute spectator allowing the riots to take place.

Thousands of Indians have died post independence in various riots across the country. You can not draw parallel between two riots. Why didn't you mention anti sikh riots of 1984?.

Defender is not a criminal. SS was helping un-organised people to protect themselves. Thankful and Proud of Bal Thackrey otherwise the organised criminals would have successfully completed their heinous crime against the law abiding citizens of Mumbai.

What is the use of police then if the so called leaders took law in their hand? In the same logic, one has to admire Hitler, Mao, Bush and other criminals too.
BTW, what was Bal defending and against whom. Revisit 1192-93 riots and see how he let loose his goons on a hapless poor people who had nothing to do with the demolition nor the violence that followed.
Also, any riots, be it 1984 or killing of innocents h1ndus by khalistanis or violence by any group against should be condemned and perpetuators sent to jail, not something to be proud of.

Perhaps the best recourse...allow rival gangs to take care of him! you will be complying with extradition treaty as well as removing a mastermind criminal from the land.
