I congratulate Ms. Sitaraman for her elevation to cabinet rank and given resposibility of Defence. She has done good job of commerce ministry and will carry the same zeal and enthusiasm to the new post.Wish her well.
Please don't put ideas relevant or otherwise now itself. First and foremost shall be the rampant corruption in higher ranks in all civilian and defense works. Next improvement in training methods in all aspects, be it driving a MIG-21 or a battle tank or firing latest long range guns or running Subs or Frigates or Destroyers. I would say 'spend double the amount on training and shall be in those places of manufacture with strictest quality assessment, as both Airwing or Navy where they caused heavy losses due to their inefficiency. The bosses should be courtmarshalled in these cases and only death penalty for serious faults.
