I really don't understand why these #Suckulars are trying to shield the deportation of around 40K Rohingya Muslims from India. Prashant Bhusan has also filed a petition against their deportation in the SC! How can it be illegal to deport Rohingyans, who are illegal settlers in India. How did they reach Kashmir & POK is a matter of intelligence scrutiny?

This is to be decided by government considering interest of nation..and has nothing to do with court....Unnecessarily involving courts...
