I have nothing against film stars coming into politics especially in southern states like TN. Because TN has a healthy legacy of film stars delivering devoted service to the people as a whole and the downtrodden in particular. Even the DMK stalwart is a doyen of film industry for that matter. But I am afraid money is too great a factor in the political success in the state if a sequence of allegation point to anything. I think, alternatively, leading film stars can also render service by just throwing weight behind a suitable existing set up for greater cohesion, direction etc. Ofcourse the ultimate choice is with the respective individuals who are great in their own rights.
