Dont say, they will take the cess but wont use. They took sswatch bbharat cess, do you see any changes from government end except photo show of brooming by PM/CM. Recently PM passed the blame on people that even 1000s of MMahatma can not make clean unless 125 crore people will not desire.

Such a sad story. Thanks to the Indian media; it has caught the attention of many. Probably we will never know what led this little girl to such a tragic end. I pray and wish that death gives her the solace that life did not offer. Well written Vaihayasi Pande Daniel.
