I feel so ashamed for this incident. The police will drag the case 9unless Sushma follows it up) and after some years, the culprits will go scot free for lack of evidence. What were other members of our society doing to 'atithi devo bhav'? Was there not a single person to challenge the ruffians? They would have fled at the simplest resistance. But they got encouraged because no one questioned them. Only 4 ruffians and there must have been at least 50 others, just watching. Shame on all of us. Virendra
Shocking news. Unbelievable. Are we living in stone age? What fault was there of the Swiss couple? Is this the way to welcome Tourists in our country? And the shameless onlookers had been taking pictures on their cell phones. The couple should have been taken immediately to the nearest hospital. The culprits must be given severe punishment. I am deeply disturbed. My heartfelt sympathies to the injured couple. Pleased to note they are getting good care.

why unbelievable.Watch on the streets of capital city. Auto wallahs,taxi drivers openly harassing various tourists, how many of us go forward to save them. No atidhi devo bahv ,loot the foreigners, they have lot of money,this is the attitude of guides,taxi wallah, shop keepers and touts in India

Agree with debpriya; after some days they will get bail; then after some hearings no evidence shall be found against them and they will be free to repeat... Virendra
