Rahul 's tirade against govt
by Veera Ballal on Oct 27, 2017 11:49 AM

There is this PAPPU whose IQ is below the average Indian IQ and who parrots whatever is written by the sycophants with similar IQs.
PAPPU wants to go to the US to attend a seminar on Artificial Intelligence. He would have been an unique case study if the scientists there could inject some AI into him. ALAS!!!

According to PAPPU the following is TRUE,
1: GST - Gabbar sales tax
2: IT - Indira Tax
3: ST - Sonia Tax
4: VAT - Vadra added Tax.

Great things are expected from HIM. ALL HAIL PAPPU.

by neutral on Oct 27, 2017 09:15 AM

Did not pass anything at all and it was statusquo. This govt does things in a hurry and makes mistakes..well I like doing things but not in a hurry but well thought out. But given the options of not doing or doing and fixing, I will prefer doing and fixing rather than sit at home and enjoy like Rahul was doing all these years...

Unshackled Economic Growth

Our Prince accepts bright economic growth of future. If crippled economy can grow at 6.7%, then it can grow at 9 to 10% when it gets unshackled at the time of economic policies taking effect

Gobar Systemic Tax
by Inzzy on Oct 27, 2017 08:04 AM  | Hide replies

GST designed in this manner is nothing but gobar. BJP/RSS are so fond of the bovine that they have even designed something to resemble its dung. GST is supposed to be a method to capture & simplify indirect taxes but what the Govt has done is make it complex & complicated. But more serious is that it has become a tool for surveillance. This is like telling everyone "I don't trust you" which Rahul has elucidated in his speech. BJP & Modi in particular have frittered away the chance to make India different. Unfortunately they have decided to copy Naxi Germany rather than have real Democracy flourish.

HOW Can you call GST as Gobar -
IT has been set based on GST COMITTE COMPRISING OF ALL STATE GOVTS FINANCE MINISTERS .
Main issue is all state finance ministers - want more money for their state - and did not agree on low GST RATES -
GST SET ON BASIS OF commodities to meet needs of common man -
Reguarding the design of GST SYSTEM FOR Filing returns for Businessmen as it is a new system - People will have to adapt to changes which will be defenitely troublesome - however in next year Things will smoothen out .
as Small business owners will get adapted to it .
the end result will be that one has to pay only one tax without the need for facing audit for octroi / VAT/ EXCISE/SALES TAX/ SERVICE TAX .

previously seperate 4 to 5 audits were done by govt bodies and businessmen govt harassed to get their audits cleared .

Now only one audit will be sufficient Provision of online filing Will ensure that - there will be no mistakes .

I don't think you are aware of the complexity of GST. The rates were fixed by the GST Council comprising state finance ministers but the design of GST has been done by the Govt independently. The Govt refused to hear anyone on the complicated design & now the Revenue Secretary has himself declared that it is flawed & will need an overhaul. GST is turning out to be another version of Demo# where everyday the rules were being changed. The Govt is clueless on what to do & is groping in the dark hence they keep coming up with different suggestions about filing. If GST was so good then it should have been a smooth process with minimum intervention. Currently a small businessman has to maintain an army of accountants or buy sophisticated software & hardware, then track the various dates for GSTR1, 2 & 3. Business people are not here to become accountants. They have to run their businesses & it is the Govt's job to ensure & reconcile issues. The Govt has absolved itself of it's fiduciary duties & put the load on the common man. And are you aware of the punitive charges that can be levied against you if you miss your filing dates? You can be jailed. Just remember this. Nowhere in the world is there such a law where you serve a jail term for not filing reports. Non payment of taxes should invite a jail term but non filing of reports is ridiculous.

The information that "I don't trust you" is correct. The amount of fraudulent people in this country is so high that you need to start with that approach. Amount of people paying tax is so low that there needs to be vigilance..and some people also talk about tax like they are doing a favour.it is not a favour by the way..it is a citizen's basic duty..thinking should change but it will not unless you start forcing..this part I agree with govt..GST implementation is very bad..they need to fix it..

That is a very wrong premise to say that because some people are fraudulent everyone has to pay for it. This was the thought behind Demo# where a few single digit percentage people were hoarding black money but Modi felt everyone is doing it. The results are stark for everyone to see. There was hardly any black money confirmed by the RBI & if there was the Govt has made it white today but bringing it out of the closet & putting it into the banking system & now paying interest on it. Demo# added roughly only 25 lac new tax payers & many of them were new payers who have come into the system on their own because their incomes crossed the threshold levels. I am again stressing the point that the manner in which GST has been designed is more for surveillance than for collection of taxes. People everywhere in the world evade taxes even in countries like Singapore which have strict punitive action for it. But to say that all Indians are rogues is totally incorrect & diabolic. It is the Govt which is cheating its own people by levying such high rates. They should first correct their own mistakes.

Everyone has to pay tax regardless of anything. Period. If you have done nothing wrong tax people will not do anything and if you have not paid they need to be vigilant..they need to be active..rest your writing is all diversions and I did not reply for that earlier also..

Almost all the businessman try to evade tax somehow in our country. They are not proud of paying taxes, but they are proud of avoiding taxes.
