Modiji is a great politician. The measures he has taken is in the best intentions for India. These will take time to take effect but these are lng term measures. Already 2 lakh companies have been dereistered which were used to siphon off money. India has risen 30 places in the ranking of ease of doing business. and having the habit to find fault in every thing around I would like to say - better late than never. Country is bigger than politics . Modi is carrying all positive measures in the welfare of the society and the country , may be habitual fault finder find some errors in timing. But it is also possible author is totally wrong in his evaluation. Modi is serving the country .he is planting saplings of fruit plants , for him it does not matter whether he can be able to eat fruits or not, let others enjoy , Modi would not mind. Modi's sole motive is to serve the society and the country with full honesty and he is content in it.

This gained further momentum when P Chidambaram was the finance minister in the UPA II regime.Â
But, according to the CAG and RBI reports (published in the media), the scam reached gargantuan proportions during the first 2 years of the Narendra Modi govt !
While Chidambaram presided over the writing off of 2.14 lakh crore rupees of the loans taken by the Ambanis and others, the Modi govt wrote off Rs 6.11 lakh crores in 2 years and has just announced a Rs 2 lakh crores recapitalisation package (transfer from the exchequer to the affected banks) for PSU banks, thus completing the loot !
Even as this govt dodders along unsure of what to do, what choice does the common man have? Congress? Monumental failure and appeasement policies of Congress are the reason why Modi is in Power today. Hopeless indeed.

I think your overall observation might be right if seen from your glasses but I think you missed very crucial point here. In order to start your work either you need to have a clean plate or a new one, both were not the case here. When you get a shitty plate your first job is to clean it and I think the mess that UPA left it took NDA more time then that what they assumed to clean stuff(LOL this could be a mistake). Major time this government spend was to create an order or a process in various departments which included various reforms to speed up process, mentality change amongst government workers, technology use and ways to make things transparent and open. I don\'t know how a intelligent person like you can be so biased in his views, even a small scale IT project if fucked up takes more then a year to get it back on track. We are talking about a nation here that too world\'s biggest democracy. I think the problem now is people with lots of brain are just sitting on the side eating popcorn and making mere comments. If you had great ideas why you waited for so long and not published an article way back as a to-do for government. At least what I could see around me youngsters are with this government and I would love to see at least 4 more terms under modi because then only India has some hope to recover from bull crap created by UPA in last 60 years.

you forgot that the same congress govt kept Indian head high when the whole world economy was in shambles after the US show down.. What is your opinion about offering 2 lakhs crores tax payers money in silver platter to corporates through banks? what about the growing NPA? any news about thde 6000 crores recently Adani took for doing coal business in Austtralia??
