I am not a BJP person at all I am sure Congress hands are there somewhere behind this. They go to any extend to retain power. Though I did not support NDA from beginning I had in mind that this is being stirred by Congress since I know these people are good at it. Proved by various agitation across country. Hardik, MP farmers etc. Congress hands are clearly dirty in these things while in corruption both Congress and BJp hands are present
The case, registered by the NIA in April 2011 and work done now in 2017! 6 Years are lost by inaction of UPA! BJP HAS COME IN 2014 & MAY BE STARTED ACTION IN 2016 ! SO AT LEAST 5 YEARS ARE LOST AND THERE ARE MEN TO SPEAK FOR CONGRESS?AND UPA? IMMEDIATELY A LAW TO BE OPASSED FOR RLIMINATION OF ANTINATIONALS!

If the GoI is to be blamed, then it is 3 years of UPA rule followed by 3 years of BJP.
