Rahul - a dignified & graceful parliamentarian
by Bharat Sharma on Nov 30, 2017 11:22 AM

Rahul is a three time MP & is in the process of becoming President of the congress party through due electrol procedure & practice . He is young, graceful, dignified & energetic. I can not understand the anxiety in BJP on this account. How congress sail through under his strewed ship is their concern so why BJP is impatient & engrossed on this account.
Did BJP consult congress while nominating Modi as PM candidate after side ling their galaxy of top leaders like Advani ji, Sushma Swraj, Yashwnt Sinha , Arun Shouri & many many senor & experienced leaders.

We see an excited Raga and Sonia a happy mother to elevate Rahul. There's errie silence from Cog senior leaders on this except the spokes persons? We can take that either they have retired or reconciled to their fate? Rahul takes over and must act as effective opposition as Cong is struggling to accept that? Rahul must accept and rectify Cong corruption rule and bring in positive agenda instead of criticising Modi on his chest and suit and various? Can he? Or he will stick to his Ghost writers blabber?

Nice schoolboy essay!
by Jaganniwas Iyer on Oct 22, 2017 06:03 PM  | Hide replies

"To make its voice more credible and impactful, the Congress must articulate its alternative agenda for reforms, economic growth and a more inclusive political discourse that shuns socially polarising initiatives"...oh well, well, well...nice schoolboy-type essay by the Modi-hating crowd. If the Congress even attempts to do what this writer recommends, it won't remain the Congress. It's election time, and the Congress-hosanna singers are busy. If the writer seriously believes Yashwant Sinha's rant,it shows how bereft the Congressis are of any worthwhile idea.

See who are still at helms in Congress! The Family!
The Congress will do anything to keep the family afloat.
The country is secondary-it can be divided, torn, betrayed, sold to its enemies but its head should be a Gandhi.
Remove the Gandhi, the party falls flat like a stamped and sqashed banana.

Choise for congress
by rakesh mehrotra on Oct 22, 2017 08:13 AM  | Hide replies

The congress is in a fix. When it promotes Rahul to the post of V, it will have to justify why it did so. Option one: Because he is a product of a Gandhi sperm . Option two. He is the most capable person in the congress. In the first case congress looks like a family run business of looting the country. In the second it is made up of only "Pappus." Big fix would you agree!

Congress and the Family
by Ranjit Mirje on Oct 22, 2017 06:55 AM

No chance for the congress party as long as the Family beholds it. Better leaders like Scindias and Pilots had been, have been and are being sidelined by the family all through the history. That's the basic change needed!
