well he is saying that it wont stop infiltration and the purpose of surgical strike was to create uncertainty, what uncertainty has they made, either it should be short term or long term...but both ways no body sees any change what so ever. the journalist and his book seems to written as a part of paid promotion and brain wash certain minds...nothing else

That has been achieved. And now Pakistan is aware that any mischief is full of danger and India will retaliate at its own time of choosing and with disproportionate military power is a great achievement.
UPA's only interest in governing India was to loot public money via scams and protect the political interests of one family rather than thinking about India and Indians. They were dividing this country by playing vote-bank politics giving undue importance to minorities and promoting minority communalism.
India cannot afford return of the evil congress in 2019. First time we have the initiative against Pakistan and China both in last 70 years and we have meaningful friendship and developing alliance with our natural allies like USA and Japan.

He's an individual who is promoting his book. The army or govt is not bragging. Don't be so touchy. Whatever few books he sells will improve our GDP a bit. Dome printing press and some publishing house will make some money which will help pay salaries of 1 or 2 of their staff for a few months. Its all good.

An author is writing a book about this and promoting it. The govt or army is not bragging. Get your facts straight. Btw the author was an ex-NDTV journalist, so you can't even accuse him of being a bhakt.
