Be in gratitude to our invaders
by R ponnabalam on Jan 03, 2018 08:10 PM

"It is ingratitude bordering on stupidity that one would choose, for petty and juvenile reasons, to demote an asset any other nation would value and treasure"Good! We are advised and exhorted to be in gratitude to foreigners who invaded the country committed rape plundered the country etc etc.GOOD VERY GOOD.We may demote or promote an asset. That is another matter. That to be deemed ingratitude is !!Which nation values invader legacy as an asset ?R.PONNAMBALAM

spent money fruitfully
by R ponnabalam on Jan 03, 2018 07:51 PM

"so much money was spent on a dead wife wasn't love but respect" The present generation need not concern itself with the extent of love or respect an invader ruler had for his wife. The love and respect between a wife and husband is only between them, be them the ruler or the ruled.Twain also called it 'the most celebrated construction in the earth'.So be it".Beauty lies on the beholders eyes".Indian perspective about that can be that it is one of the legacies left by invader rule.We dismantled British legacy .It doesn't mean that Taj mahal has to be dismantled. There is no need for it as of now,It can have it's natural life,Why waste money to dismantle when that too can be spent more fruitfully .Otherwise we too would be Shahjahans wasting national resources.R.PONNAMBALAM

The honour of your cour country comes first ever and always
by R ponnabalam on Jan 03, 2018 07:36 PM

"act of spitting at the sun from our Hindutva-minded friends."Every ordinary minded man would take an invader legacy for an invader legacy first and ever "Nobody would celebrate the defeat dishonour, rape, plundering ,savagery done on the nation, the extent of proselytization to make the invaders religion in this country as the country having the biggest population of that religion in the world and the loss of spoken language of North India from use.Why do we have Chetwode message in IMA "The safety of your country, it's honour comes first ever and always R.PONNAMBALAM
