The EC was quick to announce poll schedule for HP with moral code of conduct in place. However, for Gujarat, although deadline for completion of polling is announced, no poll schedule has been announced, and hence, no moral code of conduct. Has this been done to enable Gujarat government to announce sops, particularly for the patidar community so that the sagging prospects of the ruling party is propped up?

Good to see that you guys have started questioning the whole India. Why he did this? Why she did this? If they had announced Guj first and HP later then you world have written the exact same message. :-)

When announcement is made for both states at the same time, dates should have also been announced simultaneously. Why this was not done?
