Its a democracy. Short of inciting a mob to violence, a person should be free to say anything. These days everything is becoming offensive. The police should be made to compensate for such acts. That said, one needs to investigate why everything takes a communal angle and for the the accused's religion should be immaterial. Blasphemy is not a crime in India and neither should it be. Land and order is becoming a joke
Would he abuse Jamja.....amd escape only with 42 days of jail, he will be.......by their own people. So, rediff, this is height of ....... that you entertain something against one community, though it is all becuaes of this community that the ecoomomy keeps running in the country, becuase of their traditions, festivals every now and then, and their ways of living.
