Privacy ?

So what is being contested ? That something happened or Jay Shah did something, but it should be kept private? How is someone defamed if their ROC filings are made public, analyzed? Jay Shah's and Tushar Mehta must ask the Minister of Corporate affairs why the ROC filings are allowed to be accessed by anyone and everyone :)

The guys thought they can muzzle a journalist, tough luck !

In Vadra's case there was sufficient evidence of wrong doing. here there is no evidence just a media article.

Both cases are different.

as a citizen we want to real and true fact and who is braking law he must be punished what part may be if jay shah is wrong as per rule he must be punished so as if the media only for political view and their news trading means business purpose published it then they must and must be punished too hard because you get a permission for news media that means you can not published any thing that is MESSAGING wrong and damaging someone . SO court media house prove their published with that matter. ACTUAL IT IS FOR THE COMING OF GUJRAT ELECTION

right to privacy

Many of the "defenders" of right to privacy are supporters of the ersewhile Soviet Union. What was the commitment of the Soviet Union to privacy is too well known as a high percentage of its government staff had only one job-to spy on the fellow citizens.
If it is ok for the "liberals"(most of them are pro Soviet) they have no moral right to attack the NDA govt on this issue
