The courts now a days think that they are omnipotent and make decrees according to their whims and fancies.In a democracy people are supreme and not courts and if any decrees are made which are ultra virus,the people must have guts to disobey them.

agree with you. but we should disobeyed any such court verdicts in all those rituals/festivals related matters of all faith in our country
I feel that all the courts in our country should not interfere in any faiths rituals and festivals let it goes on like they have been celebrated for many years

Why the court put restriction on celebration of only Hindu festivals like Gokul Ashtami( Dahi handi), Nav ratri, Diwali ? Can any one think about Diwali without crackers ? Do people have to break hundreds years tradition just because Apex court order ? What about the people who manufacture crackers , their workers and the families depend on their income ? Every one now a day too much concerned about pollution. Even if court decide about such things, they should give sufficient notice before they order implement of their order. What about festivals of other people ?

people dying without jobs is ok for them because there is a central govt to blame when anything goes wrong.they dont haveballs to dictate rules for other religions.

yes there are many people who are involved in manufacturing fire crackers, but as one says if the product harms the society it should be banned
when BJP govt bansBEEF there were many people/business involved in it and many had to shut down their shops
