If insisting on the individuals to get Aadhaar is against privacy and Aadhaar is against Arthashastra, Hadith and Bible, I would request the author to take up the matter directly with the Supreme Court that "Income Tax Act violates our right of privacy by its insistence that one should maintain and submit fullest details of one's financial dealings every year to the Income Tax authorities, compute tax payable and pay timely advance tax and if there is mere delay in submission of the tax returns there would be fine and possibly imprisonment. The author himself like everyone of us would not like to share his financial details with his own spouse, kith or kins. Trust he does and oblige all of us. In fact Supreme Court take up this issue suo-moto. Hope they act. Those who agree with me please lend your support. Thanks.
I fully agree with Mr. Gopal krishna,. The govt. itself is not clear and 100% sure about it's implementaion , it seems , daily going on adding the areas and what for? Does other countries have implemented it like our Govt is doing. It shouild not be surprising if tmorrow for using SULABH SAUCHALAYA, they don't ask to first link with AADHAR.

WHY? Because the mixed culture prevents learnings of right things ! when there is abundance of INFRINGING PERSONS WITH ILL MOTIVES NOTHING CAN BE ALLOWED TILL ERASING OUT OF THOSE CULPRITS!

Guptaji, are you referring the citizens to be erassed or the intermediary responsible persons who implement it as peer their wrong/right interpretaion of such regulation?
Right to move does not mean to slap. Will our give verdict as per Geeta, Bible and Quran? By simply taking one sentence for reference does not mean that it is cream of Geeta.
There are many old people who have had PPF accounts for 40-50 years, but don't have Aadhaar. Closing their PPF accounts simply because they are not linked to Aadhaar is almost like torturing them to death. No Aadhaar related rule should apply to senior citizens.
Do you justify high salaries to GovtMaadharChodhs?
Nowadays a peon or junior asst in gov gets Rs 30,000, a gov lecturer gets Rs 1.5lak, a teacher 50K. Modi gov claims they are collect lot of taxes nowadays thru GST, income tax, etc. What all these collections for? To pay salaries to GovtMaadharChodhs?
I appreciate, Modi's initiatives on several fronts, but he is unable check the salaries of GovtMaadharChodhs.
Recently, govt has been claiming that they could increase the tax inflows by 100%, but what is the use of those tax inflows into the govt coffers. That money will be used at the end to pay salaries to GovtMaadharChodhs.
Gov officials are laggards who do little work, they work hard only when there is scope for corruption, otherwise eat paan and spit on the walls, play cards for 2 hrs when lunch time is only 1 hr.
Only defense people should be paid high salaries, and salaries of all the GovtMaadharChodhs should be reduced.
Govt should stop revising the salaries of the govt employees in future and divert that excess money for improving primary education, family planning incentives, and spreading English language among poorer sections.

well said. India will become bankrupt very soon like Greece. Ache din for politicians and government employees who are hand in glove and not for aam aadmi.
