Why should the High court Chief Justice take so much interest in an anonymous letter and ask lower court to examine it? Why should the lower court hand over this to CBI instead of local police? Why should the CBI register a case and extend the charge sheet filing for 5 years (why can’t they do it immediately if facts are available) Why should it take for the CBI court for prolonging the judgment for 11 years after filing? It’s all looks very strange - quite possibly RamRahimji was framed like Asaram Bapuji by anti-Hindu forces.

Why should the lower court hand over this to CBI instead of local police ? Becuase this BABAS have so much of power , that local police will not be able to hanle it ... local police will not have that much of rights and power to investigate a case on this BABAS.. .. Why should the CBI register a case and extend the charge sheet filing for 5 years (why can’t they do it immediately if facts are available) ? this is becuase of our sad indian law.. that allprocedures and confirmed facts needs to be collected... or else riots would have happened on very large extent and severe issues can arise because of that.. every thing needs to be sorted out .. BABAS have their political connection to slow down the investigation ....Why should it take for the CBI court for prolonging the judgment for 11 years after filing? : Because even a simple rape case takes 3-5 years for it's judgement in India ....It’s all looks very strange - quite possibly RamRahimji was framed like Asaram Bapuji by anti-Hindu forces. : Because you are an human ,, you are worst than an animal who believes in such BABAS.... One more question, Rahul: How can a crime allegedly committed between 1999-2001 be forensically established with investigations starting several years later? (It can at the most be circumstantially established and this is hardly reliable). Also in case of Asaram Bapuji, it is well known that there is only circumstantial evidence (no forensic evidence) and with this he has been jailed for several years without bail. It is also alleged that the “girl victim” simply disappeared after converting to Christianity. There is no denying that there is systematic effort to break Hindu faith via breaking faith in our gurus. If Babas are not credible enough, are the courts credible enough to be believed with lakh of cases pending before them?
