todays teachers are made to live in the most horrible condition. Its Sanskrit and not maths or physics, or biology, Sanskrit has become a sore eye language to most. The part time lecturer of Sanskrit is a language spoken by none. a tea seller is making more money , a auto driver is making more money a business man is making more money and a school of private origin is making more money . where has the govt gone in providing transport or food, or education. all of them are forced to spend money. its a sham govt. lets see if this hugplomacy will transform into votes

If a person having the highest qualification like Ph.D has to undergo life long agony like this, what is the fate of X passed or plus 2 person? Gujarat has indeed made great strides under Modi model, only for Adanis and Ambanis, not for common man. Now, this skewed model is sought to be implemented in the country. God save our motherland.

1. Congress never supported phd or qualified people for jobs instead they supported reservation. 2. If he/she is phd central government failed to give job to them from 70 years because of Rahul Gandhi reservation policy. 3. Rahul Gandhi appointed less qualified in central government under reservation quota that too based on caste system not on financial back ground. 4. Reservation never improved life of poor SC, ST and others . It helped only rich from their caste took advantage.

They are moulding our minds but what are they getting in return? My wife is a teacher teaching for higher secondary for the last 27 years in the suburbs of mumbai. Fees charged by the school is 1K. During prelims before SSC exam they have to give more than 6 prelims to the weaker student. 5 years before they were getting all four saturdays off besides sundays. Now since the last 3 years all four saturdays they have to work. Working hours are increased as per the whims and fancy of the management. Previously she was leaving home at 6.05 a.m. and returning home by 2.10 p.m. (distance 15 kms from home to school) Now since she leaves home at 5.30 a.m. and reaches home by 2.30 a.m. The reason it is a private unaided school. They cannot complain. Education inspectors come for inspection and go. The salary is also lower than the government/aided schools. This injustice should be removed at the earliest (70 years after independence is over) so that student community does not suffer. Teachers cannot change the job too. Even some schools ask the teachers to surrender their graduation certificate in the hands of the management. Hope this high profile corruption and injustice should end. If teachers suffer, the whole of India will suffer in the long run. Governments are only looking after farmers. What about other educated unemployed

This is a competitive world. The fittest survive. Teaching is low paid profession because of excess supply of teachers. This is market dynamics. Every one wants a royal salary, pension benefits and a govt job. But, when it comes to paying taxes no one is interested.

Reservation created by congress general categories has to suffer according to congress in addition to poor SC, ST And OBC because the reservation Beni fits are grabbed by rich SC , ST .
