What has Amnesty International done to prosecute Congress Party and its goons who allowed anti-Sikh riots deliberately for three days and Rajiv Gandhi should have been charged with murders of the Innocents and awarded punishment even posthoumously as was done for Adolf Hitler and his men who cruelty killed thousands of Jews ! When Amnesty International shall name publicly Rajiv Gandhi S the sole criminal who encouraged thousands of the Congress supported goons to let violence and cruelty against innocent Sikhs . Hope this happens soon .
No chance, you left your that and joined the field, you got to compomise or leave the field. It was 2 decades back that a Marathi actress who acted in TV serials aspired to act in a film of Kamal Hasan but has to go back in frustration after the constant harassment by the hero for compromise, which she disclosed after going back to Mumbai.

Exactly my point. Nothing happens in the film industry without consent. Yes, if it is forced, the Weinsteins should be publicly hauled over coals. Many women willingly lap up to directors & producers for reaching their destination. Its a matter of extracting your pound of flesh.
If the matter is so critical as made out to be, then why don't these exploited females choose their self respect over their career? Nobody at the end of the day, howsoever monstrous he may be would force or commit rape. If you are talented enough, then you can get noticed without having to sleep around & can easily dictate your terms & conditions. The vultures prey only when something is lacking & they know that a compromise can be arrived at mutually. So end of the day, its a dirty option no doubt but then you got to understand that it takes 2 hands to clap.

The Law should be Gender-neutral.It now becomes a fashion to accuse Males of sexual-harassment and false rape charges.It is high time that false accusers should get the maximum punishment that the accused person might get if it was true.A Law to this effect is highly needed.

That day may never come. I believe things will get lot worse with time. Fundamentally, men are biased towards women and women are biased towards themselves. This effectively makes men very small minority. In a democratic setup this a big and hard problem.
