Many big multi storied walls of Thorn wire should be developed around roads in Delhi, NCR region. Climbing plant should be grown on them, which will erase pollution. Climbing plant and trees should be grown around the buildings and on terrace of every building which will reduce heat in summers and pollution in winters.
Whole country is polluted due to highly over population and very less means to cope up with dirt, smoke, dust. No policy on population control, no discipline in public life,

And to make matters worse, many state governments have been and are giving consent to operate for an ever increasing number of smoke belching, slave wage paying sweat shops without insisting on the mandatory investments needed for air, water and soil effluent treatment !
The state of Gujarat, over the past 2 decades, has been identified by the CPCB as the worst culprit in this !
