Is it a play of words Nagar(town) vs. village? Nagarwala's name is to be pronounced as Naagarvala.

Rajiv Gandhi gets undue credit for IT revolution and industrial development ( one of the congress woman on a TV program coos..he was young, energetic so he should get all the credit).
Now, Rahul Gandhi is pitted as savior India from the clutches of right wing ( He goes to UC Berkley and talks moronic monologue).
